From the Soul of a Victim turned Survivor turned Healer...
Two sons gunned down almost two decades apart: A tragedy that is unimaginable to happen to a father and a mother twice. How could a father endure the pain of losing one son and then have to relive this tragedy all over again?! How could a mother endure the pain of losing one son and then have to relive this tragedy all over again?!
I have suffered this tragedy alongside my father & mother - both of my beloved brothers gone far too soon for no reason as they were both gunned down senselessly while one was on his way home FROM work in March 2005 and the other was on his way TO work in December 2023.
Since December 14, 2023, as I hear the replay in my head of my mother uttering the words: "Not again, not again, not again, not again..." and seeing the agony of death in her eyes, it has taken every fiber of my being to overcome this immeasurable scope of grief that has swept me into a new paradigm.
Although we were at first victims moving about in the cold, dark pit of despair, our hearts in shambles, pillow wet with tears every night, bargaining with the "coulda-shoulda-woulda" and the "why", trying to make sense of nonsense, not knowing if we were coming or going, somehow, we were able to muster up enough strength to rise from the very low ground zero of anguish by lifting one another up, sharing our spiritual epiphanies, being supportive and always just being there for one another, even in silence. This enabled us to become survivors of untreated trauma of two terrorizing tragedies who would find healing and hope to live on.
With the extraordinary support of surrounding family and friends, we were able to build a fort for mental, emotional and spiritual restitution. As we continued to fortify our support system, shower each other with encouraging words and establish a place of refuge for one another, I sought out a deeper extension of the vibrations flowing in all of us, vibrations that transcend space and time, the vibrations that had connected us and brought us into healing harmony; I sought out ancient wisdom for practical healing. I discovered a way to heal wounds that words cannot reach. It is a way that has been there all along; it is something that has stood the test of time as a source of healing for ages and generations - it is the power of Sound Healing!
We are all made up of vibrations; the frequencies at which we vibrate determine our well-being. Sound Healing uses intentional vibrations to activate the body's natural healing systems and calibrate the body's natural healing processes, allowing healing for the total self -mind, body and soul! I am so incredibly moved by the intelligence of the human body to heal itself, but it is masterful how the synergy of vibrations can activate the body's natural healing systems to render a realignment of its healing processes - absolutely amazing! Hence, was born Synergy Vibrations! I express eternal gratitude to ancient wisdom which opens the way today for practical healing through Synergy Vibrations.
